Jenna Lieb, CEP (Certified Exercise Physiologist), CES (Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist), RYT-400 (Registered Yoga Instructor), Rolfer (Certified Rolfer)

Jenna is our movement specialist! She has such a lively and dynamic collection of post-graduate education, that we had the opportunity to create a whole new division of our clinic based on her skillset :-)

Jenna obtained her kinesiology degree from the University of Regina in 2008. Since then, she's certified as:

• Urban Poling Instructor

• Functional Movement Screen level 1&2

• Selective Functional Movement Assessment level 1

• Critical alignment Therapy level 1,2,3

• Yoga Instructor 200hrs

• Yoga Therapy 200hrs

• NeuroKinetic Therapy Level 1

 

She is especially interested in working with people that are in post-injury recovery, but prefers to teach prehabilitation, or solid, proper technique to try to prevent an injury from occurring in the first place. She also has a heart-felt interest in working with people as they recover from cancer.

When this educated lady has a little free time, you will find her running, doing yoga, lifting weights, cooking, reading, and of course, learning! Jenna has a strong exercise background and manual therapy skills. She enjoys working with people of low-level fitness or helping guide from sedentary behaviors.

To be a strong assets in cancer survivorship programing in Saskatchewan

 

From Jenna's perspective:

"I eat, live and breathe fitness & wellness. I have over ten years of experience studying fitness, yoga therapy and anatomy. I hold a special interest in working with people with various injuries & health conditions. I use function training to assist any individual to achieve fitness benefits, regardless of their level of fitness or dysfunction. In addition to my experience, I’ve also worked actively with breast cancer exercise programming, created active release programming, guest lectured at many conferences, and studios with my workshops."
