Cynthia Martin, RMT

Cynthia graduated from a 2,200-hour program at the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 1995.  She has been in practice since then, 25+ years. A believer in continuing education (for 25+ years), she no longer can claim special interest in any one technique, as they become a unique fusion or blend for each individual client she treats.

She has volunteered as an RMT in the community for events like the Multiple Sclerosis 150 KM Bike Tour, Telemiracle, and various Provincial and Canadian sporting events. Cynthia has also volunteered for the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS) and the Canadian Massage Therapist Association (CMTA) in several executive roles.

Cynthia is currently a Lead Instructor for the First Year program at the Prairie College of Massage Therapy in Regina. Other interests besides education include kayaking, falling from planes, camping and outdoor photography.

Cynthia has a degree in English. When time permits, she writes articles for publication, edits material for other writers and has recently finished the first draft of a novel. When not chasing words, she is curious to learn some of the personal ‘story’ contained in your physical self. Whether you request help with recovery or want to invest time in self-care, Cynthia welcomes you!
