This program has been created with input and advice from several regulatory bodies in Saskatchewan (2019). 

Continuing Education Credits:

Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists- part of the continuing competency profile.  Advice for structuring and acceptable criteria has been provided from the Continuing Physical Therapy Education program (C.P.T.E.), and we are working with SCPT.

Saskatchewan College of Psychologists- section 2. Description of Acceptable Continuing Education Activities, as a. Direct participatory programs i. formal conferences or workshops ii. training in enhancing or developing skills and competency in the field.

Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers- Category A, seminars.  Please record the title, sponsoring organization (Brownstone Health), dates and hours.

Saskatchewan Kinesiology and Exercise Science Association (SKESA) for credits towards both: CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologists® (CSEP-CEP) and CSEP Certified Personal Trainers® (CSEP-CPT) as a W-3 level continuing educational unit: Workshops offered by a physician, nurse navigator, physical therapist, occupational therapist or other health professional requiring a graduate level of education, 15 credit hours per year can be applied for
