As of January 15, 2023, facemasks will be suggested, but not required, in our facility.  This applies to staff and clientele.  Please continue to wash your hands thoroughly, or use hand santizer upon entry.

If you are covid-cautious and wear your mask into your session, your practitioner will don a mask as well.

If you would like your practitioner to covid-test prior to your session, please give us sufficient notice (email reception@brownstonehealth.ca or call 306.779.1275) and we will test for you at the beginning of our shifts.

Moving forward, we request that you are socially-conscious and if you are unwell or have been exposed to any contangious illness, please either reschedule or transfer your appoitment to virtual care (when possible).  We will continue to waive cancellation fees, but respectfully request that you provide us as much notice as possible.

For full transparency, third-party payers (SGI and WCB) require us to notify them of any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

We do have immunocompromised staff at Brownstone Health, and we treat several immunocompromised clients.  Don't be surprised if you see some of us still wearing masks for the forseeable future!
