What is Access Consciousness® Bars?
Access Consciousness® Bars is a set of tools designed to facilitate more consciousness for everyone. Consciousness includes everything without judgement, the ability to be totally aware and present in all areas of your life, and to awaken to more possibilities, more choices and more life. It’s about unlocking you from the conditioning and limitation of your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
There are 32 bars or points on and around your head, which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily allow you to release thoughts, feelings, emotions, considerations and attitudes that you have stored in any lifetime (that have been keeping you stuck, that have not allowed you to receive, that have kept you repeating the same patterns in your life over and over again), so that you can create changes in any way you want. These can include sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more.
What happens when I go for an Access Consciousness® Bars session?
On your first visit, you will be asked to complete a client intake form, so please try to arrive five or ten minutes early. You will then lie fully clothed on a massage table or a reclining chair in a private room, and the practitioner will gently touch different points on and around your head. A full session can last for an hour or an hour and a half.
What can I expect after a treatment?
This is a gentle technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation, which can be beneficial to the body’s ability to heal itself. At worst, you will feel like you have just had a great massage.
At best, your whole life can change into something greater with total ease.
