Allow your mind to be free, surrender and just be. The practice of meditation will assist you in your journey to optimal health in mind, body and spirit. An over-thinking, over-active mind can create imbalances within (your) being. Meditation will help to increase immunity, lower blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, it aids in your overall wellbeing physically and emotionally. Meditation helps us to leave our daily routine, to slow down and go inward. You will be guided through specific breathing techniques that will deliberately exhale stress, tensions and fear, then we inhale light, beauty, peace and love. We slow our minds and slow our bodies until we reach that place of quiet and stillness. Meditation can renew us and help us return to our lives feeling refreshed and open.
