Kayla has a Human Kinetics & Adapted moment Science degree from the University of Regina, as well as a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Her areas of interest include: Neurological & Paediatric Clients, Medical Therapeutic Yoga, Myofascial Release & Manual Therapy. Outside of the clinic, you will find Kayla physically active! She enjoys camping, gardening, meditation and delving into Holistic Health Research.
Kayla has such a contagious positive outlook on life, which helps her create holistic treatment plans for her patients.
When asked what makes her unique as a professional, Kayla told us, "I have a commitment to the truth and reconciliation. I acknowledge being on treaty four land, and my self as a treaty person. I have incorporated the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the Medicine Wheel into my practice in order to help my clients in a holistic manner."
Kayla wants to help diverse populations reach their optimal health and goals, and we have full faith that she will strive to accomplish her goals.
