Robyn Klein, B.Kin, CSEP-CPT
From a young age, Robyn has been fascinated by the body’s resiliency and adaptability following injury or illness. Rehab can be a very trying time in life and it’s a passion of hers to guide individuals through the process. Robyn turned this passion into a career and obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. She then achieved herCertified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) credentials.
Robyn has had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of rehabilitative environments. She has worked as a sport first aider, performing acute care, injury prevention, and rehab for many different teams- including some of the University of Regina athletics programs. Robyn has worked at private clinics helping individuals with heart problems, those rehabbing workplace injuries, motor vehicle injuries, as well as pre and post-surgery. She also enjoys working with healthy individuals who want to increase their strength, endurance, and improve their quality of life.
Robyn says, "No matter your level of function, my goals are always to help you reduce your pain and increase endurance. I believe in an individualized plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. You may not be able to return to the same level of function as before, but there is always ways to improve your quality of life, increase activity level and improve your overall mood. The best medicine is movement!!"
