Diane Bodnarchuk, Registered Psychologist #775, MEd (Educational Psychology)

Diane is a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. She graduated from the University of Regina obtaining her Masters in Educational Psychology (2008). Since then, she has completed extensive training in the areas of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Mindfulness Integrated CBT; Comprehensive Training in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy; Integrative Hypnosis Certificate; Eye Movement Integration (EMI) Level One and Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship. Diane believes in life -long learning and continues to advance her skills with ongoing professional development training courses.

Diane`s 35 years of diverse professional health experiences, training and ongoing professional education have all contributed to her skills in fulfilling her passion for working with individuals. She devoted 20 years working as a Registered Nurse in acute and long-term care, she spent a number of years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, and she was an Instructor in post-secondary institutions health programs for 4 years.

Diane`s philosophy of therapy is client centered and includes evidence-based methods of practice focused on identifying and achieving individual`s goals while building on their existing strengths and resilience. Her focus is to create a therapeutic environment of safety, openness and compassion.

Diane works with individual adults and couples facing various issues including anxiety, anxiety disorders, depression, grief/loss, social phobia, trauma, postpartum depression, Adult ADHD, Stress management, athletic performance, work/life balance and relationship/couples therapy.

When Diane isn`t at work she enjoys, reading, exercise, Yoga, meditation and her favourite form of relaxation and joy – playing with her grandchildren!
