Amber Klatt, M.Ed., Registered Psychologist (Provisional)
Amber graduated from the University of Regina in 2019 with a Masters in Educational Psychology. Her practice is chiefly informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness meditation, and environmental psychology informed nature-based therapy.
In session with Amber, you can expect her active listening to help you build both a respectful awareness of your internal monologue and a constructive focus on you and the kind of life that you want to lead. To the extent of your interest, you may explore how the natural world can support mental wellness, and how mindfulness can be employed as a tool to connect you with your experience of your life.
Provisional means that while Amber has done all of her formal university education, and has received a license, she needs to complete 1500 hours of treatment where she regularly meets with a supervisor.
