She has had the privilege of caring for generations of families over the course of her career and has enjoyed every minute. Dr. Barber treats patients from infants to seniors, labourers to business people, and athletes to weekend enthusiasts. She has a special interest in headaches and neck pain but does treat everything from head to toe. Sharon grew up in Lumsden in the Qu'Appelle Valley, and attended the University of Regina, before heading to Toronto. She competed at the National level in volleyball, broomball and touch football in her younger years. Her personal interests these days include her pet pooch, going to the gym, traveling overseas, camping, biking, kayaking and golfing. She just completed a six-year term on the Board of Directors of Regina Palliative Care Inc. as this is an area close to her heart, due to experiences with family, friends, and patients. She is a also a longtime Roughrider season ticket holder and has attended countless Grey Cups over the past 30 years. Affectionately known as "Doc", she is greatly looking forward to new collaborations and partnerships at Brownstone.
