Dr. Karisa Groff, DC
Karisa Groff was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and completed her Bachelors of
Kinesiology in Human Kinetics degree right at home at the University of Regina. Her further
interest in human movement and injury rehabilitation led her to California where she completed
her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Palmer West in San Jose graduating as Valedictorian and
with summa cum laude honours.
Karisa grew up as an elite gymnast and has since continued her passion for health and fitness
with strength training. She is passionate about treating all athletes from highschool and
university students, to weekend warriors and active lifestyle individuals. Since graduation Karisa
has stayed busy, obtaining her ART certifications, attending MPI technique seminars, as well as
the NFL Combine Chiropractic Conference in order to further her knowledge in the chiropractic
profession and treating athletes.
When it comes to musculoskeletal pain complaints, Karisa believes that a non-invasive
approach and personalized treatment plan can get you back to doing your favourite activities
and moving pain free. She works to provide quick, effective, long term outcomes in order to help
you move and feel better.
In her spare time, Karisa enjoys staying active by strength training in the gym and exploring new
HIIT and group style classes throughout the city. She loves going on walks with her dog Nala,
trying new restaurants and going on weekend camping and hiking adventures.
